Processing of personal data

Consent to the Processing of Personal Data for Marketing Purposes and the Sending of Commercial Communications

Pursuant to Article 4(11) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation),

you, as the data subject, hereby give your consent to ECOLAB Znojmo, spol. s r.o., having its registered office at Václavské náměstí 10/1, 669 02 Znojmo, Company ID: 26911957, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Brno, Section C, Insert 44937/KSBR (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”), to send you commercial communications offering our products and services and other information about the Controller, by any means including electronic communication tools, in accordance with Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain Information Society Services, as amended. If you also provide us with your phone number, we may contact you by phone, and such calls may be recorded.

Your personal data will be processed by the Controller for the purposes of this consent in the following scope: name, surname, email address, IP address, and optionally your phone number.

The Controller will process your personal data under this consent for a period of 5 years, or until you withdraw your consent. The processing may include collection, transfer, storage, analysis, evaluation, inclusion in a marketing database, and potentially also structuring or profiling.

We inform you that, as a data subject, you have the right to:

withdraw your consent at any time, for example by sending an email or a letter to the Controller’s registered address,
request information from the Controller about which of your specific personal data we are processing,
request an explanation regarding the processing of personal data,
request access to such data and request their update or correction,
request the deletion of your personal data,
and, in case of doubts about compliance with obligations related to personal data processing, contact either the Controller or the Office for Personal Data Protection at www.uoou.cz
