About us

We Are a Czech Family-Owned Fertilizer Manufacturer

We are a Czech family business specializing in the production of fertilizers – in particular, slow-release fertilizers in tablet form. We are among the few manufacturers in the world producing tablet-based fertilizers, which are gaining popularity both internationally and in the Czech Republic due to their ease of use, affordability, and high efficiency.

Our company has been active in the Czech market for over 30 years. We first developed our tablet fertilizers before 1990, primarily for use in forestry. That’s why the original products were named Silvamix, derived from the Latin word "silva" meaning "forest". This name is still used in the professional market today. For hobby gardeners, we created the Silva Tabs brand – offering the same high quality, but in packaging more accessible to the general public.

At the international level, we have been a leading supplier of fertilizer tablets since 2003. From New Zealand to Europe, we deliver fertilizer tablets in various formulations and continue to expand our presence across global markets – among professionals as well as in retail stores.

Our fertilizers save both time and money, while delivering highly effective plant nutrition for everyone.
